Philly domestic workers are organizing tirelessly for the Domestic Worker Bill of Rights, which will guarantee safety and dignity on the job for nannies, house cleaners, and caregivers. On Thursday, September 12 - the first day back of City Council - join us at City Hall to show that Philly stands for domestic worker dignity and the law must pass this year!
It's critical to show up in full force to show our elected officials that all domestic workers deserve the best working conditions possible, and this only comes with the strongest Bill of Rights possible.
At 9:15am, meet us at the northeast corner of City Hall (in front of the visitors entrance) to prep. We will then go to the open City Council caucus meeting from 10am - 11am.
