Presented by Alex Smith. (This project was previously heard at the January 9, 2018 CDR meeting).
2. 1102-48 North 2nd Street, Zoned: CMX-3 (Commercial Mixed-Use), Uses: 124,918 square feet, including 1 single-family dwelling, 12 duplexes, 13 multi-family unit building, 44 multi-family unit building with associated ground floor commercial use. 37 automobile parking spaces, 57 bicycle parking spaces, Developer: Streamline Philly, Architect: Harman Deutsch, Attorney: David Orphanides, Esq.
