A proposed National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) ruling would reclassify graduate employees as only students—NOT workers—and therefore prohibit their unionization.

Because Temple is a public university, our union is currently protected from the implications of this ruling.

BUT, what’s happening at the national level now will soon be happening at the state level. It raises the possibility that the university could stop recognizing our union.

At our Emergency General Meeting, we will discuss our plan to mobilize against this ruling.

Come learn about NLRB's proposed ruling, make your voice heard, and support your fellow graduate student workers.
