All 17 City Council members and the Mayor are up for re-election in 2019! In Philadelphia the May primary election all but determines who will be elected to office in November. The Philadelphia Coalition for Affordable Communities is running our People's University- a series of free voter education workshops designed to get people ready for the election. January 14th- Who is Being Elected and What Do They Do? What positions are being elected, what power they have, and what power we have.

February 11th- Where Decisions Get Made on Land and Housing Understanding the Land Bank, the Housing Trust Fund, and the roles the Mayor and Council play in land and housing decisions.

March 11th- Who is Running in the Primary? Information about some candidates and how we hold them accountable
